Latest Prayer Opportunities
- Pray for God to heal, and bind up all of Worke’s emotional wounds, so that she will experience His peace, that surpasses all understanding.
- Pray for Worke to continue her faith in Christ, that she may continue to be a testament to God’s steadfast faithfulness.
- Worke’s small business does not always bring in enough money. Pray that Worke will trust God to provide in her daily needs and to show her new and God honouring ways to increase her income.
- Her request: “Pray for my unbelieving family. Pray that they would come to the knowledge of Christ and follow Him alone.”
- Celebrate the faith of Sudan’s more than 2 millions Christians who stand firm despite intense persecution. Ask the Lord to grant them courage to remain a light in dark times
- Pray for secure spaces where believers can worship without fear. Seek restoration for churches demolished or vandalized by mobs and militias
- Pray for Sunni Muslims and minorities like Bahá’í and Jehovah’s Witnesses, facing worship bans. Ask for harmony, that Christians may share Christ’s love
- Lift up church leaders targeted with false charges and surveillance by security forces. Ask for their protection, wisdom, and strength to guide their flocks
- Ask for comfort for millions of displaced Christians, with churches attacked and occupied by RSF and army clashes. Pray for refuge and resources for those uprooted
- Pray that the suspects receive a fair trial, and that justice is fully served.
- Pray for the families of the suspects – that as they observe the incarceration of their loved ones, those who don’t know Christ would be led to his path of righteousness and peace rather than violence.
- Pray for the church members and community affected by the attack; that they would feel encouraged by this step towards justice.
