Latest Prayer Opportunities
- Pray for God to bring lasting peace to South Sudan and end the violence, massacres, and inter-ethnic conflicts.
- Pray for protection of churches, pastors, and Christians facing attacks, looting, and persecution.
- Pray for healing and comfort for women, children, and families suffering from violence, sexual abuse, and displacement.
- Pray that political leaders will implement the 2018 peace agreement with integrity and prepare for peaceful elections in 2026.
- Pray for the church leaders in Uganda to succeed in convincing politicians about the effect this law will have on them,
- Pray for Christian communities to strengthen their knowledge of the bible and their faith,
- Pray that the government will do research on this well and not to pass the discussion phase in parliament, and
- Pray that the Muslims asking for this law, might find other ways to solve their internal problems than pushing for this.
- Pray for this area itself. This region is 94% Muslim. There is a great darkness here. It’s a tough area—not just because of religion, but because the administration conspires to hinder the growth of churches.
- Pray for God to break this chain of darkness and for the land to be surrendered to Him. We are His workers here, so pray for God to give us the land and for His work to prosper here. Pray for the area to be given to us for His glory.
- Pray for workers to come to this area. People do not become full-time ministers here, so pray for God to call people to His work. Please pray for the churches in this area.
- Pray for me to stick close to the Lord always and for Him to remain with me. I am a pastor, and I need God’s togetherness and for Him to strengthen me. If He is with me, that is enough.
